Job Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate at Axio Biosolutions, your primary responsibility will be to support the company’s research and development efforts. Your role will include assisting in the formulation and development of prototypes, conducting laboratory tests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Research & Development Support
- Assist in the formulation and development of prototypes in the R&D department. This includes working with various biomaterials to create new products or improve existing ones.
- Contribute to laboratory bench performance tests, stability studies, and antimicrobial studies by following standard guidelines and protocols.
Laboratory Maintenance
- Calibrate laboratory instruments regularly as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and reliability in experiments.
- Ensure all experimental work is conducted in compliance with medical device regulatory requirements, following established protocols and guidelines.
Scientific Research
- Perform scientific literature reviews to support ongoing R&D projects. This involves searching for relevant scientific papers, analyzing data, and using this information to guide product development.
- Maintain accurate scientific documentation in real-time, ensuring that all data is properly recorded and analyzed to support regulatory submissions and product development milestones.
Compliance and Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all R&D activities align with regulatory standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Actively contribute to team meetings, providing insights and updates on ongoing research projects.
